ONDiGO automatically updates Salesforce with relevant sales data from sales reps' calls, email, and calendar. A common question is how to prevent from syncing personal conversations into Salesforce. 

ONDiGO only syncs conversations with Salesforce contacts and leads. Your friends and family are NOT in your company's Salesforce, therefore your meetings and personal email communications with them will NEVER be synced to Salesforce. 

Furthermore, ONDiGO has an option to ignore conversations with specific users or domain names.  

So if you do have a contact on Salesforce that you don't wish to have conversations with synced to Salesforce (for example an investor, or just a friend), that contact can be excluded explicitly.
